Beautiful fair Vinexpo international wine and spirits, ended just in Bordeaux.
Atmospherae organized the catering and the preparation for this wonderful stand, where they gathered seven historic wineries making parts of ISWA (Italian Signature Wines Academy) an exclusive club of fine Italian wine.
They are all family businesses, backed by a tradition of wine,
Their goal is to strengthen and push the development of quality Italian wine in the world.
The fair provided an opportunity to Atmospherae catering to meet the friend Eddy Marks (vinappeso) www.vignetodeisalumi.it
and share with him the passion for good food.
Eddy taught us that his product is based on the processing of the salami with quality wines.
The combination of the quality meats and sophisticated notes of the wines, lulled by the embrace of the soft hills of Valpolicella, becomes an emblem of the products of the vineyard of Salumi.
